Cross Docking Planning Tool

Hello,

Here is a complicated one, so I hope you enjoy and help me

I am facing an issue, because the cross docking planning tool does not work, here is my case:

My setup in the customizing goes as follows:

Time ref: 01 (Delivery date&time)

Planning time: 150 HRS (6days and 6hrs)

Default release time: 1hr

Default Latest Release Time: 1Hr

Initial Stock: 40pcs

Scenario 1:

Inbound Del for 32 pcs. 08.07.2010/09:00

Outbound delivery for 72 pcs, with delivery time 08.07.2010/11:00

Time Window should be in this case from 02.07.2010/04:00 to 08.07.2010/10:00

Message:

Message no. LXDCK003

No inbound documents have been selected for planning

Scenario 2:

Inbound Del for 32 pcs. 08.07.2010/09:00

Outbound delivery for 72 pcs, with delivery time 08.07.2010/08:00

Time Window should be in this case from 02.07.2010/01:00 to 08.07.2010/07:00

Message:

Message no. LXDCK001

Time ref. 08.07.2010 09:00:00 of plan.doc. 180000175 does not match cand.documents time refs

This message makes sense, because it is outside the time window

As you can see the issue is in Scenario 1; I wrote scenario 2, only to prove that I have setted up correctly the time window definitions.

So my question is does enyone knows another prerequiste that I might not be fullfilling??, because I have review all the documentation, find bellow the documentation I am reviewing:

Hi,

You need also to fill the palletization data in the material master data (WM2). I had the same problem... I hope to help you...
