Hi All,
We have a scenario in which the user saves a local copy of the ADOBE interactive form on his/her machine.
The user is now not being able to open the same form.
We figured that someone with ADOBE READER 8.0 is being able to open it where as someone with ADOBE READER 9.0 is not.
Please guide what might be the porblem.
Thanks & Regards,
Deb

Hello,
some "bugs" or weird behavior of Reader 9 has been already reported. If you´re interested in the reading, look for them. No "solutions" were found. the "downgrade" to 8.XX was suggested (I was one of the people suggesting that).
If you´re sure what version of Reader does not work together with your form, you can write a script to check the Reader version first and if it is the troublesome one, lock the form or something and inform the user not to use the version.
Regards Otto
