Mark Inactive check box as visible on Contract PAge

Hi Experts ,

From Page customization , i'm trying to mark Inactive check box as Visible (Hidden-No) .But still , the Inactive check box is not displayed in contract page . Any suggestions .

Hi TDeepika,

did you define position, label of this checkbox via page customisation ?

you have to define the following :

- hidden - yes or no

- required yes or no

- label - name

- position - number

hope it coulp help.

I tried via Page Customization by defining Position and Hidden (NO) Options . It's not working . Any idea

indeed, queries & reports ara impacted and they should be updated based on the new field INACTIVE.

Hi TDeepika,

i have just added Inactive check box as visible on MA page.

how ? new field should be created.

1- create new extension named "SAP_INACTIVE" as boolean for MA :

- Attribute Internal Name: SAP_INACTIVE

- Attribute Display Name: Inactive

2- via page customisation add the following :

- SAP_INACTIVE - Position- Value: 7

position value 7 means it will displayed above the status field of MA.

it is working fine for me.

could you try it and let me knwo if it is ok

Hi Anacia ,

Thank you . It's working perfectly . but Already we have a list of reprots being called with INACTIVE column . On redefining the attribute , i have to update the query for all reports .

did you define label also?

Incactive checkbox is an extension? if yes so Data Type should be Boolean.

basically, 2 things to do :

- create new field as extension

- page custmisation : define label, position, description, hidden,required..

Hi Anacia ,

I have done with 2nd step . but on trying to define in extension definiton facing issue as "The attribute identifier INACTIVE is already defined by the Master Agreement class."
