wrong transportation leadtime

Dear all,

I have an issue with the transport leadtime of ship to 12345 which is supposed to be 1 day in a particular route and transit durationtime is mentioned as 1 day in route determination

but it is taking sometimes 1 day and sometimes 2 days ...

can you explain me
