UAR not retriving the date from ERM.

Hi ALL,

In Our client we configured UAR.ITs not pulling data from ERM. We are using ERM only for UAR purpose. We ran the Role Sync up Job Manually and it retrieved all the data s from Back end. Then we scheduled RAR Alert generation and it also completed successfully.

While running the UAR job its not retrieving the data form ERM. We scheduled Custom jobs for all the roles and even for single role, its not retrieving the data from ERM. Please find the log below. For the same role we are having values in User Vs Role Usage report in ERM.

Hello Vasa,

You might try checking the connector details. Make sure the correct SAP connector client number is correct that has assigned users, and make sure that the connector user has sufficient authorizations to get the data. You could run a trace with ST01 for the user in the backend.

You might have this already, but if not, check out the following PDF for configuring and scheduling UAR: http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/bpx/index?rid=/library/uuid/b05010a3-ed45-2c10-79b2-96df60a6bf2b&override...

Hi Dylan,

Thanks for your update. But Connector are working fine and its retrieving the data from backend. Role sync job went well and it updated the values in ERM.

Regards,

Vasa.
