not able t assign material group while creating external service

Hi,

In the CS order, i try to create external service with control key sm03, there will be a pop up to enter vendor,p.org,p.group etc but there is no field to enter material group. But the system throws error to enter "enter material group"

how to bring material group field in the pop up while creating external servie using sm03.

I know it is pretty standard that material group is availabe in the pop up for input, but now it is not appearing for give input in the pop up. Is it related to SPRO settings? if so pls let me know the steps?

IMG-PLANMAINTENANCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE - MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE PROCESSING - MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE ORDERS - DEFINE FIELD SELECTION FOR ORDER OPERATION (PM AND CS ) - FIELD SELECTION FOR DETAIL SCREEN

Hope here material group field is in HIDE condition.make it input field.

if you make service master, in service master data it self you can assign material group to your service activity.Then no need to enter while creating service P.R from cs order.

use t.code AC01 to create service master.
