Print Screen Freezes Up Using SAPGUI 7.2.0 in CIC0 (Customer Lookup Tab)

Hi,

We are using SAPGUI for Windows 7.2.0. Whenever we do the printscreen in CIC0, where Customer Look Up screen,

it will not print anything. In fact, the foreground screen just locks up. And then we have to end up doing Ctrl + Alt + Del

to get out of the SAP.

We did not have issue with older version of SAPGUI 7.1 for printscreen option in CIC0.

Any help or suggestion is appreciated.
