Hi,
We have a case where a material is assigned to a particular layout, and the store is also assigned to the same. If we use WLPB the listing is not getting created.
Please note that the facing in the layout is 0, I gather that for the listing to be created, via layout, the facing should be greater than 0.
Could someone shed some light where and how is facing maintained, as well as some details about what it actually is.
However I was able to get the listing for the article using WSP5.
Please help.
Regards
Shailesh

Hi Shailesh,
if you want to list articles via layout, the facing has to be at least 1. Facing = 0 would mean, that the article is not placed anywhere in the shelf, therefore, no listing is done.
Assignments should be correct, referring to your description.

Hi ,
We can try linking Assortment and Layout via WSOA6.
UPdate in background.
And via WLWB you can put articles in the Layouts.

If you use the layout workbench (transaction WLWBN) to reassign an article to an assortment module, the facing value of the article is set to "0" by default if you choose "Save" without first choosing "Assign". As a result, in subsequent processing, no listing conditions are created for this article.
It is a standard program and if you have to correct , then you have to upload OSS notes"Note 1371700 - WLWBN: Facing value set to "0" when you reassign article"
