What needs to be done to upgrade to 7,20?

Hey Guys,

As a developer, I'm kind of confused about these topics:

- What's the difference between support pack and enhancement package?

- We are on 7.01 EHP4, what needs to be done to go 7.20? Is it a major upgrade that requires many testing after it's done or is it a simple process?

To check what Enhancement package offers more than SP's

Check module wise list on http://service.sap.com/erp-ehp.

As I understand you are talking about ERP system, For ERP system EHP5 ramp-up phase will start in July'10.

This is a major upgrade and full regression testing will be required.
