Planning of procurement where several plant's stock is taken into account

Dear All,

We've faced a problem in R3 where MRP is not able to count stock in all plants during MRP run, and as a result created procurement proposals based on stock picture on 1 plant only.

I've been suggested to move to APO module where this kind of task can be solved.

I've started with learning the APO.

Please could you guide me through process with help of which procurement proposals can be created taking into consideration stock on several plants.

Hi,

APO Supply Network Planning module has differnt procdures for fulfilling your requiremnets.

The SNP optimizer or CTM(Capable to Match) procures will have search across mutl-locations and create procurement proposals if required,
