Is it possible to configure EWA for JAVA only instance without SMD ?

I have Solution manager 7.0 with EHP1.

I need to configure EWA for EP 7.1 which is JAVA only system.

Please tell me,

How to configure EWA for JAVA only system ?

Does it require SMD in solman ?

Please refer the SAP Note: 976054 - Availability of EWA for Non ABAP components. Also read the attachment guide in the note for details.

Im afraid wut u demand is impossible, as far as i know, we have to do monitoring on Java system via SMD

Wily introscope as a part of SMD tool, is made for Java based system monitoring.

Wily Introscope agent has to be install in the managed system, and Wily EM on the managing system
