User Inconsistency Issue

Hello All,

We are in SRM 5.0 SP14. I am integrating SU01 users using USERS_GEN. When I run the transaction bbp_bp_om_integrate to check the consistency of a user, I am getting a error message that " The connection between 'BP' and 'CP' is missing or inconsistent.

This is happening only in the production system and is happening in Dev and Quality systems. This is not stopping the users from successfully use the SRM functionalties in the production box.

Any suggestion on reason for this system behaviour will be useful.

Hello Sathya,

Did you try deleting the User after generating the User?

Did you use the Repair Option in Transaction in BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE?

try that out and let me know

check what is the result.

Please check in the PPOSA_BBP in the check tab

BBP_CHECK_USERS is obsolete transaction as of SRM 5.0
