There is no Archive View in Web Dynpro, but then again it probably isn't needed. The browser can display most document types. Just send the document as a download (either with FileDownload UI element or ATTACH_TO_RESPONSE API) and if the browser can display the document it will. If you documents are PDF based, you might also consider displaying within the InteractiveForm UI element.
