MDM Repository not found

Dear Sir,

We are using MDM 7.1 for SRM 7.0 PPS catalogs. Today, some problem occured while updating a catalog through MDM Data manager.

Subsequently, we restarted the MDM server but now error is coming 'Repository is not loaded' while logging through Data manager and error 'Repository not found' when connecting through MDM console.

Please help me asap.

Hello Amit,

The first error 'Repository is not loaded' is appearing while connecting thro' MDM Data Manager because the repository is unloaded in MDM Console. You have to load the repository in MDM Console.

Right Click on repository and choose Load Repository > Immediate or Update Indices (if respository contains data) option.

The second error 'Repository not found' could be because you might be using different MDM Server.

OR may be location of your respository is different. Kindly check the path of your repository.
