Exempt processes from AVAC

Hi

Does anyone know how to exempt individual CO processes like Manual Reposting, Settlement for PS from AVAC. I know you can select CO allocations but that exempts all of them en masse. I would like to exempt individual processes. I dont want to use the cost element exemption as this would open avenues to postings that should be budget relevant being abused.

Hi

Even though it is a process, to run it on system, you have to run some business transactions & post some costs then only AVAC can be checked against those postings. It means postings are must and for those postings to happen you need to have cost elements. So AVAC will be only exempted against cost elements not against processes as process doesnt have any valid data to check against.

I dont think this is possible in the standard system. Although you can exclude certain business transactions from AVAC i dont think you can exclude individual CO processes as you mentioned from AVAC.

However let's wait for others to comment.
