Changing SPOOL title when printing from HR Forms

Hi,

I have created an HRFORM through HRFORMS transaction for PAYSLIP. This is based on Smartform. I have a wrapper program and I am submitting program 'h99_hrforms_call' from my wrapper program by supplying the Hrform name, Pernr, payroll parameters etc. Things are working fine and it's creating spool as well. But, now I want to change the spool title( which is seen in SP02 ) everytime according to my LAUFI and LAUFD values dynamically. Is there a way to do that? currently, the spool title always comes as Name of the Hrform.

Please let me know if any more details are needed. Kindly help.

Hi Mahesh,

Please check with the output options in the form interface.

You can see the below options:

.INCLUDE Smart Forms: Texts for Output Request

TDDATASET Spool request: Name

TDSUFFIX1 Spool request: Suffix 1

TDSUFFIX2 Spool request: Suffix 2

TDCOVTITLE Text for Cover Page (Print Parameters)

In your case, just fill the option TDCOVTITLE with the needed title.
