SAP GUI Font type and size

Hi,

We are running SAP GUI from VMWare. Does anyone know what's the font type SAP will pick up when SAP GUI is launched?

Is the Font type "Arial monospaced for SAP" come toghether with SAP when we installed SAP GUI ?

yes it is the Arial monospaced for SAP font...

But please note that SAP GUI for Windows is currently not supported to be used with any virtualization software.

Thanks for fast response. Do you have any idea where can we download the font type "Arial monospaced for SAP" and which directory/folder we should keep the font type so that it can be used in SAP ?

Hi

the file is the

arimon__.ttf

and is stored in your source cd under the

SapGui\fonts

folder....

Copy it to the windows\font folder

Hi Sven,

is it possible, that the font "Arial Monospaced for SAP" and "Arial Monospaced for SAP Bold" might be lost after the installation of the SAP GUI 7.20?

Yes I've had that experience once in a while,

My solution was to save it in a private folder whenever the need arose.
