Hi Kiran

First u should ask to BASIS Peoples. and Bring That Client IP Address and FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name) also.

For Example

IP Add ress :192.1.1.30

FQDN : gcbipiep.sap.com

Take these Details from BASIS Peoples.

Next Go to this path C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc- Under etc folder hosts file is available.

Open this File and Past ID and FQDN also. And Save the file and Close.

Finally Open the you are Portal. That Portal is Open Via Interment and intranet.

Hope this is help full for you.

Proxy configuration has to be done for the Portal link in the apache server or for any web server you are using.

Dear Kiran,

try the following:

1. Use the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) for accessing the portal.

2. Check that the host files are maintained correctly.

3. Verify if you are using VPN

Thanks & Regards
