Hello Jayakrishnan

There are multiple causes of this error :

- You have your SAProuter's Instance defined incorrectly in the OSS1 -> Parameters -> Technical Settings. Please change the

SAProuter instance from 50 to 99 and test once again.

- Your RFC outgoing connection is failing

- The SAProuter IP internally in the LAN is not reachable from your SAP system on port 3299/tcp.

However this is not a Solution Manager specific issue. I would recommend opening a message in XX-SER-NET component to get the issue resolved.

Maybe this could help to solve this?

Maybe is something wrong at the customer Firewall?

Thank you,

Hi Mirko,

Which OS?

Could you please execute the command againg and post the full result here?

sapgenpse get_my_name

sapgenpse get_my_name -v -n Issuer

I would like to see the results.

Also check the saproutab file.

Make sure the port 3299 is open in the firewall

Thanks

Hello!

I call customer and they will checked if the port 3299 is opened ....

I can connect to the system via saprouter from our IP. (our IP is opened by the customer firewall) But I can't connect system to sapserv2. (I think that port 3299 is not opened)

I will inform you ....

Thank you,

mirko
