Restricting Alerts in Alert Monitor - /n/SAPAPO/AMON1

Hi All,

Need some help here.

How do I ensure that the Products for which alerts are displayed in AMON1, belong only to the list of products selected in the 'Selection Profile' of the respective Planning Book.

Is this standard behaviour or some setting/customizing is required.

Thanks in advance. Any quick help/suggestions is highly appreciated.

Hi,

This is standard SAP functionality.

In /sapapo/amon1 transaction under the alert profile, against the

forecasting tab, you can able to view the selection details which

will be used to restrict the selected location products during

alert monitor.

There is no customization required as this can be controlled in standard APO by the Seletion ID (of planning book) in Alert profile under Overall profile .

Hi,

Please check the selection id in the alert profiles .

By creating different alert profiles for different selection ids, you can see only related alerts.
