cFolders e-mail notification (Link for internal and external users)

Hi all,

is it possible to use within the SAP cFolders e-mail notification (subscribe function) two different kind of links to jump into the affected object that has been send out by an e-mail notification?

That means is it possible to create a link for external and internal partners to open the corresponding object that has been send out via e-mail?

I already know the setting for the URL-Link in "Network Administration->Network" but there only one Absolute URL can be maintained..

As far as I know this is not possible. What is the business requirement in having two different URLs pointing to the same object in cFolders?

is it nevertheless possible add additional links to the e-mail notification through an EXIT?

Is there an exit were this could be done?

Hi,

can you explain me setting the URL-Link in "Network Administration->Network".

I it coorect that if I set this URL the link to a sap object e.g. Material in MM03 is send to Outlook and can be opened within Outlook?

I am searching for the settings so I can forward SAP Office Mails to Outlook and open the object.
