Hi Venugopal,

In addition to SU53, you can assign:

SMX: Display Own Jobs

SP02: Display Spool Requests

SU3: Maintain Users Own Data

Hi Venugopal,

In addition to SU53, you can assign:

Why don't you list what you think that you should include/have already and we can add to them.

Here are some that I find useful:

SBWP

SP02

SMX

There is no correct "generic list" as different circumstances dictate different requirements. An example is SU2. Some companies allow users to maintain PID's, for others it is a major control weakness.

Hi ,

I would agree with Sri here

copy this role to your companies naming convention

SAP_BC_ENDUSER

delete what you dont require and also make sure to disable authorizations which are critical it will save a tonne of time....

be careful about SPOOL related authorization in the role, many posts are available to do those activities

Hi Siva,

Many companies use parameter EFB as one of their controls around purchasing. Giving users SU3 and SU52 would make that control ineffective so I do not agree that the list represents the basic tcodes required for end users.
