Hi,
We are running a Authorization job in Background to obtain Authorization for Credit Card Sales orders,It is seen of late during Authorization run we have been getting a respose text"Modem Not Responding" which results in failed Authorizations.
What is could be reasons for respose text from clearing houser "Modem Not Responding" and how could it this be corrected?
Looking for your advice on this.
