EWA data is missing for java stack

Hi All,

I have configured EWA alert for java and EWA reports are generating but some value of database parts are not display in the reports. all extractor jobs are running ok no dump etc reproted by solman.

Please help me.

Hi Amit,

Have you configred DBA cockpit for java in solman

Please refer Note 1261329 - DBA Cockpit: Oracle as a remote database

After configuration you should complete the SMSY configration for database.

goto SMSY click on database and select you SID and assign the remote database connection which you have created.

After this you create the EWA service session and check the report you will gets the all the data in database section.

I think you have not follow the steps in the notes please read and implement the snote.

In DBACOCKPIT you need to create the connection for remote system and assign this connection in SMSY
