we raise PO, but it shows the error message" network activity 600001 010 budget exceeded, budget for WBS element J1-100008 was exceeded by 23000 JPY in document item 001 network activity 600001 010

but in S_alr_87013558, it shows the commitment for 600001 010 is 4300 JPY

I then check the purchase requisition for this activity, but in ME53N, valuation tab, it shows 2300000 JPY, why it is different from 4300 JPY.

how to correct? Thanks

Hi,

I think you have to run reconstruction program in sequence like:

RKANBU01 - Rebuild commitments for purchase requisitions and purchase orders

CJEN - Re-construction of Project Info data base

CJBN - Reconstruct Availability Control for Project

Then check this SALR report.

If still not then arrange to provide detail information regarding this report i.e. columns appearing in output like RemOrderPlan,... if any ..

Execute CJBN.

Then execute reports again.

after running cjbn, I execute S_alr_87013558, it is same as before. seems nothing changed
