Sales order processing with Condition AZWR

Dear all,

I have entered the amount SAR 2000.00 against the condition AZWR in sales order as a down payment the order value is SAR

10,000.00, (in Billing plan I have entered the same amount SAR 2000.) am getting the below message.

when am trying to save the sale order system giving the message as incomplete pricing due to this.

Down payment amount cannot be higher/lower than the preset value

Eventhough I have saved the sales order and when I try to create the down payment request system giving the below message

1300100152 000000 Pricing error in document 1300100152

Please i need ur inputs to resolve this.
