Issue Log Tools in Solution Manager

Dear gurus,

We're implementing new project, and will use Solution Manager.

My question is, is it possible to record project issue in Solution manager during implementation phase?

I've seen service desk, but it's too complicated and not suitable for this.

You can also log them against the project Roadmap in tcode RMMAIN if you assigned one to the project when it was created. This can make a bit more sense then via SOLAR01/SOLAR02 if the issues are more generic project management ones and dont map to a specific process. Issue management is via the tcode SOLMAN_ISSUE_MGMT.

Well, in case that u use solman project, it might be a good idea to use Solar01/02 for the realization and documentation of ur current project from conception to golive.

As a resultat, u can creat ur issue (in Issue/Message Tab) attached to the business process step in SOLAR01/02.
