GATP- Back order processing - Post processing mode

HI,

We are facing the following issue.

When we run BOP for a sales order in "Post Processing" mode, the results screen says it is allocated (Green light). But in product view there are no temporary quantity assignments. So the ATP qty does not reduce.

We expect stock to be blocked after a successful BOP post processing run, but this does not happen.

It works fine in the dev system, but in production we have these issues.

Could you please suggest what could be causing this?

Hi Arvind,

This is a standard funtionality of gATP to reduce the ATP quantity after post processing run.

There is no config for this either.

Pls raise an OSS.
