EASY DMS ISSUE

Hi Gurus,

We downloaded and installed SAP Easy DMS from service market place.

While if i double click on SAP EASY Doc Mgmt icon and trying to login for one particular client i am getting an error message as

"Logon failed (RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE).Client 800 is not available in this system:

For the same client if i try to logon through SAP GUI i am able to log in.

How to trouble shoot this issue.

hi Bhanu,

Plz recheck the system and client again carefully..i think there may be a mismatch..since u can logon using sap logon pad ..easydms takes the same data as in logon pad..hence it should login successfully as well.

The problem can be solved by doing the following:

1. Read the forum rules which quite clearly state you should search for answers before posting questions. That way you don't waste everyone else's time posting duplicate questions to questions which have already been asked.

2. Extend the search to more than 90 days and you will actually see results if this is your problem.
