We are using messages(SLFN,SLFI) in sap solution manager system. İ want to give authorization to users according to organizational schema.

CRM_DNO_MONıTOR T.code

PPOMA_CRM T.code

We are using these rolles;

z:sap_suppdesk_display

Z:SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE

İs İB52 T.code work?

Why would you want to give authorizations to users for IB52 who would be working on Support Desk ?

Issue I see other users,

How is the organizational authority in ppoma_Crm on this screen can be?

Each team has only itself that the team could see the message, (LO , FI .. CRM )
