Hello All,

I am new to this forum, so forgive me if I am wrong.

We have problem on stock available on one of our product and location in APO and R/3 box. the planning book shows the stock as 100 however in R/3 - MD04 we have zero stock. It seems that the stocks was not CIF properly in APO.

Please help and advice.

Thanks & Regards,

T Rajkumar

hi rajkumar,

can you please check the following :

First, the product, location and storage location stock integration models are active.

Check if there are any queue blcoks between APO and R/3 using tx : /sapapo/cq

Run the reconciliation reprot using : tx : /sapapo/ccr, and see if you find differences. If yes, try to reconcile the difference between R/3 and APO.

Try for the above checks and let me know if this solves the issue.

the planning book shows the stock as 100

Please check in the planning book at what level the results are being shown-if at the aggregate level or the detailed level. Please choose the correct drill-down and confirm if the mismatch actually is existing. If the mismatch is confirmed, then, look if any macros are present under "Start" for this dataview which are operating on this key figure. If this is not the case, the problem is definitely with the CIFing.

Hi Rajkumar,

Carry out a comparision between the stock data

at both md04 and in Product view of APO. If they

are missing at one of the places, then Compare

reconcile (CCR) will work.

If the stock mismatch is between md04 and in

planning book, then you need to check the key

figures attached to the planning area whether the

stock ATP category is maintained correctly or not
