While sending an Idoc from 3rd PArty system(IDOC) Over TCP/IP --> SAP PI . 3rd PArty system(IDOC) system receives message as "Port SAPXXX, client XXX, RFC destination contain errors".

Can i knowwhy it check the RFC destination in SAP PI?

Let me know what could be the Reason.

Check Sm21 (system log) for more information.

Have you ploaded the Idoc metadata to IDX1?

Here you have to provide an RFC destination pointing to system with a valid Idoc structure.
