Warning message when uploading functions in RAR

Hi,
I get the following warning message when I upload my Function and Function BP file: "Cannot assign an empty string to host variable 1". Any idea why?

Hello Mohammad,
Did you upload the CC5.3_MESSAGES.txt file into the system? If you did not then please do so. You would have to restart the server once you upload this file.
Usually, this error means that there is some empty value in the file which is being uploaded into the table. Open the file and check that there are no extra spaces in the same and it is formatted correctly. Make sure that you save it in UTF-8 format and then upload.
