PLM Audit Management

Hi ,

I need some clarification.

1. Does Audit Management belong to SAP PLM.

2.Can Audit Management be integrated with DMS.

Appreciate any inputs related to this.

Hi

Audit Management is part of PLM but placed under Cross Apllications. The AM is integrated with DMS and documents can be attached to the various elements of AM like audit plan, audit, question list etc.

The AM can be used in various places where the appriasal is based on the questions, where each question will have some scoring and your overall results based on the points assigned to the questions.

Mainly it is used in product audits, spplier audits and in the EH&S.

what is the difference between Question list and Audit question list in AM.

I dont find valuation facility for questions selected from question list. Valuation facility is available in questions selected from audit question list.

Hi Vineeth,

There are two different types of question list in audit management:

Question List (Master Record): This question list simply serves as a copying template for audit question lists. It does not contain any reply fields.

Audit Question List: This question list is used for the audit execution. It is a (modified) copy of the master record question list and contains reply fields.

Hi,

Yes, this can be used for environment audit, iso audit or even quality audit. the standard functionality will help any kind of business audit. if required we need to customise.

it has quastionaire,adit process,CAPA(corrective and prevetive action) etc to process any audit.

Hello Mr.Hussain,

Yes Audit Management is a part of extended PLM. Generally QM and EHS module Consultants will be using/implementating this module.

There is no standard object link for Audit Management as far as i know, but Audit management can be integrated with DMS through ABAP development
