When we send a message to an external WS throw SOAP adapter, we are able to see this exception in moni:
com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: iaik.security.ssl.SSLCertificateException: Peer certificate rejected by ChainVerifier
First, we thought that it was a certification issue, but I have tested in D and I get a response from WS, so it seems not to be a certificate issue (it is working fine in D without any certificate).
We compare interfaces from different systems, we test as much as we can but we could not get any answer for this up to now.
We want to know if anyone has any idea of why is adapter sending this exception, or if you face something similar.
Thanks everyone!
Regards,
Claudio
Finally, it was an issue with certificate.
The one needed in P was not the same needed in D or Q.
