Full GC Is not working properly

Hi,

I'm on a PI DEV system 7.1 and monitoring the system from SAP Management Console. I find all Full GC runs in red, an the last entries on std_server0.out seems like this:

294915.899: [Full GC 294915.900: [Tenured: 1398143K->1398143K(1398144K), 16.3800020 secs] 1922431K->1892466K(1922432K), [Perm : 402807K->402807K(524288K)], 16.3803180 secs]

294933.762: [Full GC 294933.762: [Tenured: 1398143K->1398143K(1398144K), 16.2402300 secs] 1922431K->1892300K(1922432K), [Perm : 402808K->402808K(524288K)], 16.2405490 secs]

294951.341: [Full GC 294951.341: [Tenured: 1398143K->1398143K(1398144K), 18.0690600 secs] 1922431K->1892677K(1922432K), [Perm : 402814K->402758K(524288K)], 18.0694060 secs]

Seems to be that the GC is not finding objects to free, but I can't figure out why. The scenario is not happening on QAS and PRD System.

Any Idea?
