FMVT - fund balance carry forward

Former Member

Hi everyone,

I have a question about the transaction for Fund balance carry forward (FMVT). If the carry forward is being done on a GL account basis (through transaction F.16), is there still a need to run the FMVT transaction? If so, how is it different? (Since a fund balance is basically reflected through the GL accounts it has under it)

Can someone help?

Thanks.

Roger

Hi,

There is no connection between these two. The operations are performed in different SAP modules and operate with different tables.

Thanks Eli.

I did not realize that FMVT is relevant only for MYBE (multi-yyear budget execution).
