Roundtrip catalog setup in SRM

HI,

Clients asking me to set up new roundtrip catalog in SRM shopping cart screen.

They provided the link and user ID password details.

I have done config settings on SRM spro transaction.

Now i can able to see the roundtrip catalog link in shopping cart screen...

If i click on that particular roundtrip catalog link if is taking us to the supplier link , there i can see the items in the link.

How those items will come to the shopping cart screen.

it is ordering there only...it is not returning to the shopping cart screen. i didnt get any errors as well.

Please help on this..

Anyone tell me what are the configurations , settings needed in ERP sap side and the supplier link side...So i can shop the items from the partuculaor catalogs.

SAP SRM5.0, CCM2.0 .

Hi,

First, please check if the supplier catalog supports SAP Open Catalog Interface.

If OCI is supported, please check your catalog logon parameters.

HOOK_URL = :Return Target

returntarget = _top :Fixed Value

~OkCode = ADDI :Fixed Value

~Target = _top :Fixed Value

~caller = CTLG :Fixed Value

How to check whether the supplier link is supporting oci or not...

Hi,

Just call them and ask. The person who gave you the user id and password knows contact person.
