Not able to export universe to the server.

Hi ,

Our user account created recently, we created universe and but not able to export into Server. Might be what is the reason, is the issue from our end ?

Usually why we will face this situatuon.

Hi,

What is exactly the problem?

Do you have an erroe message? What is it?

Are you logged on BOE?

Did you use a secured connection associated with your universe? This is mandatory to export a universe in the CMS.

Is this problem happening to Admin user too?

Check the authorization too.

Sorry for the late reply, thank you for answers....

this is issue resolved, where is the issue is, when we create project and folder in CMC, by miskte we didnt given Full control on the folder, just we given view control..

We compared with other project folders , then we came to know ...we changed the authrization level...

Solution is : chahed View level to Full Control authorization.
