Hi there,

Has anyone of you encountered the error above during an attempt to logon as SAP* or DDIC?

Here's what happened. I created a new instance (call it BIT). This instance is a copy of one of my PROD instance. After the system copy process, Im trying to login as SAP* (or DDIC) to enter the license using slicense transaction. However, Im not able to login because of the error. Below is our setup.

SOURCE SYSTEM

BI 7.0 on IBM AIX 5.3 on Oracle Database 10.2.0.2

TARGET SYSTEM

BI 7.0 on IBM AIX 5.3 on Oracle Database 10.2.0.2

The source and the target system are 2 different machines.

Any inputs will be highly appreciated.

Hi there,

I came across one of the reported problems in the web and one of them recommended to upgrade to the latest kernel version. I tried it and it solved the problem. Im closing this thread now.
