Hide a table if no data in adobe forms

Hello Guys.

I'm working with HCM adobe forms for the first time.

I have a requirement to hide a table if there is no data in it on an adobe form.

I have created a table with 2 columns( i have bound 2 columns with 2 different fields, it's not like i have dragged a table with 2 columns)

If there is no data in those 2 fields of the table, i have to hide that table and display the below message instead.

"<First Name><Last Name> does not have any outstanding Education Assistance to be repaid.u201D

JavaScript code is needed i believe.

Please help me in achieving this.
