Hi,

I am working on IDM 7.1SP4, I have created a change identity task, and when I do any changes, I am able to view the changes at the portal end, but not at the backend SAP system.

Hi,

this sounds to me that the SAP Provisioning Framework is not set up correctly. Did you already check if:

a) the user is considered by IdM as user account for your respective backend system(s)

b) your repository / backend system has a "Modify" task referencing to the ABAP modify task of the SAP Prov FW?
