Hi Sap Gurus ,

Can anybody help me in the below process of consignment

We creates a lot a sale order KB (more than 3000 per year).

In all these orders, it happens damage in transport. And business create KA for return.

The problem is that KA order cant' be created with reference.

It's a problem for the business, because there's no link between KB and KA.

They have to follow the flow of return of ecretage manually.

Is it possible to create a return of ecretage with reference to the KB.

Dear Siddhartha,

YES, you can create KA (Pick up Order) with reference from Old KB (Consignment fill up order) and system will copy all data from your old KB order

need to do copy control setting in T.code VTAA

and if you are using batchmanagement and availalility check also it will work fine

i did same scenario in my last project

and you can have track also that which pick up order w.r.t to which fill up order

The standard process is

a) Create KB fillup order

b) Create LF fillup delivery

c) Create F8 proforma

Now if you want to create KA, it should be with F8 only and not KB. Maintain copy controls accordingly.
