HI there,

why don't you take a closer look to what is in the message?

> ERROR : Restart not possible (please check KnlMsg)

There is a problem with the liveCache disks.

This problem prevents that the liveCache can be started.

For more information you should look into the KNLMSG file.

Why don't you just do that?

The file will tell you what file is the problem and what kind of problem there is with the file.

Do you have access to the datafiles of the maxdb instance? Looks like a filesystem or permission problem.

Can you tell me where are these files located. I have full access to the server and can check it out. Also, what exactly needs to be checked. I am sorry, I am new to this Live cache stuff.

I assume there is a dbmgui installed on that server. Open this and check for the configuration of the data volumes. There you see the physical location of your datafiles of the database.

Kind regards,

Mark
