How to dowload all Config documents out of Sap Solution Manager

As part of getting the sign off on Realization we need to get all the SAP config document/BPP's out of Solution Manager. I believe there is a way to download all the documents , but it doesn't work when you have documents as .docx and .doc. In order to that the macro solarconfig.dot needs to be modified, Has anyone done this before ? if yes how do we do it ?

Resolved it myself. Just that the macro was in German was the problem.
