Travel planning without online booking

Dear Gurus

It is possible to maintain flight, hotel rates, in order to estiamte travel costs without using the online booking functionality?

This is because, the client wants to use an estimated cost in order to aprove the trip.

Hi Jose,

If you dont want to use Online booking and if you want to see the estimated cost to get it approved, then you need to use travel request instead of travel planning where employee will book the travel request with the estimated cost with the necessary travel itineries and then it would go for appoval to the line manager and the budget holder of the cost center.
