Hi,
Is there any way I can delete all the support messages from service desk? we have created quite a few test messages in the sol man prod system

Hi Karen,
Please, have a look at Note 1329247 - Archiving Solution Manager Service Desk messages, and Note 566225 - Report to delete the basis notifications with deletion flag.
Also, you can delete Service Desk messages from transaction CRM_ORDER_DELETE.
