We have someone who has logged a message with OSS, but is leaving the company at the end of the week (likely before the issue is resolved. Please advise how we can change ownership of the message to someone else within the organization.

I ended up posted the question to OSS component XX-SER-SAPSMP-USR and here was their response:
We could help replace the contact person for you.
Please specify the customer message number and the substitue user ID
So apparently, you'll need to ask them to re-assign the message if that is ever necessary.
