Technical approach

Dear SDN Community,

I am looking for an application, where a new material is introduced, it would kicks in a workflow to 10 departments with some data to be filled in(Adobe Interactive form) from each department. The system receives the workflow responses from each department and show the details in the web application. Once all the responses are verified by the initiator and approved by him, the application updates the SAP with the responses received from the departments. Can you please suggest a technical approach for this. Is guided procedures a good option for this kind of an application.

If you know workflow, then first create the workflow, and use the workflow RFCs in Java web dynpro (SAP_WAPI*)
