J1IEX POST- All Part1 entries have been canceled for excise invoice XX

Dear all,

I was trying to post the J1IEX Part 2 Entries its showing error " All Part1 entries have been canceled for excise invoice XXX 2009", But i have checked the document Its havnt reversed or canceled in PO History.

1. I have created PO with excise conditions

2. MIGO I am capturing Part 1 entry and J1IEX I will post the Part 2 Entry.

3. J1I7 I was trying to see the Part 1 its not showing the document.

Pls tell me how to proceed to this one.

Hi,

Go to MIGO, enter your material document number.

Go to header tab-Excise data-More data- Miscellaneous data

Here check the status of your excise invoice.

Whether it is In process/Posted/Cancelled?

Its showing inprocess status only

Also put year alongwith vendor excise invoice number or Internal no. in J1IEX.

While updating there is no document in J1I5 with classification ROP.

Pls help me to resolve this issue

check J2i5 is the same entry is updated in Rg23 part1 register

if not then try j1i5 with Rop and document posting date(tick)

give proper register A or C

J2I5 is for part 2 entires na. then another thing so far we havnt run the extraction part in SAP. so how to correct this error

Sorry its a typing mistake. J2I5 is for part 2 entries. But so far we haven't run this updation and extraction part in SAP.

j1i5 I have tried to update as per your above message. But i am not able find the any document over there.

How to rectify this one.

I was also facing similar issue and one of the reason was missing number range in current year.

I maintained the below no range object and issue get resolved

J_1IRG1	RG1 Number range object
J_1IRG1_T	No. Range for RG1 - Excise group / Material
J_1IRG23A1	RG23A part 1 no. range object
J_1IRG23A2	RG23A part II number range object
J_1IRG23C1	RG23C part I number range object
J_1IRG23C2	RG23C part II number range object
J_1IRG23D	Folio Numbers for RG 23D
